A cellular automata model of a port bonded logistics park has been set up and is composed of an external road, intersections and check passage based on the STNS model. A Tianjin port bonded area passageway has been simulated according to the characteristics of the traffic requirements of Tianjin port terminal handling changing over time. This paper has compared the traffic capacity of different passageways and intersections, determined a set of optimized schemes - including the number of passageways, length of queue area and intersection signal timing - to reduce the time cost.
