With the development of Chinese transport industry, vehicle tracking and monitoring become more and more important in logistics and other industries. In practice, the system has several hot issues: GPS positioning accuracy, GPS blind, application of temporal and spatial characteristics of GPS data. This article focuses on improving positioning accuracy of GPS, and takes C/A code pseudo-range observation data as researching object, using broadcast ephemeris of Global satellite navigation systems and quick prediction of ephemeris provided by IGS to achieve real time solution and position of the satellite receiver. The result shows that fast satellite position prediction ephemeris positions are more accurate than broadcast ephemeris. Using rapid ephemeris solution to achieve the location of satellite and vehicle will improve accuracy of position points. It helps to effectively eliminate the vehicle moving disorder appears on map caused by GPS errors and geometric distribution of GPS satellites, and meanwhile satisfy users' requirements on high-precision position, speed measurement and displacement measurement, finally achieves modern managements of logistics, public safety and traffic navigation.
