To realize the traffic control at the crossroads is by the red and green signal lights. In order to improve capacity of intersection, the green wave band is a useful signal control mode. This paper proposes a new kind of green waves display and control mode. There are signal lights along the road form the moving light zones, and the moving speed and length of light zones are determined and made coordinative of the signal cycle of intersection by the computer system. The driver can adjust his speed in time to join the green light zone, remain consistent with the speed of light moving and will pass the next intersection without waiting.
