This paper introduces a new static shared bike repositioning and damaged bike recycling problem. The problem is formulated as an integer non-linear programing problem, the objective of which is to rebalance at a minimum operating cost with maximum customer satisfaction at the station of a shared bike using a fleet of electric vehicles. In reality, rebalancing and recycling operations are carried out by the enterprises separately. A formulation of combining the rebalancing and recycling operation and selecting appropriate maintenance delivery centers is presented and LINGO results for small scale instance are reported. The results show that the proposed model is accurate and feasible, and it is good at reducing operating costs and improving customer satisfaction.
