Based on chloride ion penetration test (CIPT), ultrasonic test, abrasion resistance test, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mercury porosimetry method (MPM), the fractal dimensions of cast concrete specimens in lab under controlled permeability formwork (CPF) inner-liner was measured, and the effects on concrete durability were analyzed. The results show that CPF inner-liner with suitable physical characteristics is useful to improve concrete compactness, anti-permeability and durability. Meanwhile, CPF inner-liner can decrease the ratio of water to cement and blow-holes distribution during hydration.
