National logistics hub planning is a strategic construction project currently being promoted in China. As one of the classic forms, land port logistics hub becomes the core infrastructure of China’s modern intermodal transport network. Facility layout design of a logistics hub depends heavily on reasonable facility configuration pattern decision. In this paper, we analyzed the core factors affecting the facility configuration pattern of land port logistics hubs and put forward the idea of planning and construction of land port logistics hubs according to the current construction situation and problems that occur. On the basis of analyzing development status of road-railway intermodal transport patterns in the world, this paper proposed four facility configuration patterns of a road-railway intermodal transport center of a land port logistics hub and gave the adaptability analysis of the four patterns.
