In order to solve the problem that will result in the depression on the speed of non-motorized vehicles crossing signalized intersections, the increase of traffic delay and traffic conflicts, and reduce the overall traffic efficiency. The data of non-motorized vehicles crossing the three signalized intersections are observed, and the experimental data are statistically analyzed by ANOVA, the results show that the gender, the type of non-motorized vehicles, the vehicle-bicycle conflict and the distance through these intersections have significant effects on the speed of non-motorized vehicle crossing the signalized intersection. In the end, the linear regression model of the average speed of non-motorized vehicles crossing signalized intersections is constructed by the relevant significant influencing factors.
