The research on the traffic safety of freeway is a complicated process which should be involved in the safety state evaluation index system of freeway infrastructure. The road users' degree of satisfaction and the state of basic facilities should be reflected in the index system of evaluation with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The article sets up an index system about safety state evaluation system of freeway infrastructure and puts forward the countermeasures.
