Urban rail transit faces a large number of passenger transfer problems in the process of emergency disposal, and bus transport is often the main transportation tool to transfer passengers. Under the large traffic load, the quantity and layout method of temporary berth outside the rail transit station, temporary passenger waiting area layout and line organization methods, as well as the necessary buffer capacity control and other factors are related to whether an efficient, safe, and orderly transfer passenger task can be achieved. This paper uses the queuing theory as a theoretical tool, combined with simulation evaluation to conduct research on the above problems of traffic organization outside the urban rail transit station, and discusses and illustrates through the typical case.
