In this paper, we consider the possibility of diagnosing combustion products using gas-discharge visualization. By introducing a probe into the flame, which is a high-voltage electrode protected by a dielectric, a flat picture of the electrical discharges between the flame and the probe can be obtained. The obtained data on the distribution and frequency of discharges can be associated with the parameters of the gas flow: temperature, chemical composition, density, flow rate, and other parameters. This diagnostic method allows you to obtain data in the flow plane in real time, since the response rate of the sensor being developed is very high.
