This article presents digital models applied tasks of optimizing the logistics transport systems: a transportation plan at the transport network polygon, a freight operation plan of transport hub, a multi-criteria examination of transport systems. The proposed mathematical models are presented in the matrix form of writing degenerate linear programming problems. To solve this class of problems, based on the properties of positive matrices (the Perron-Frobenius theorem), the properties of the pseudoinverse matrix (generalized pseudoinverse of rectangular Moore-Penrose matrices), and the main theorem on linear inequalities (Farkash theorem), an algebraic method was developed for calculating the extrema of objective functions of multicriteria problems optimization of logistics of transport systems on a variety of technological and economic parameters limited by linear equalities and inequalities.
