The use of public-private partnerships facilitates the attraction of private competencies and investments for the implementation of infrastructure projects , the creation of high-quality goods and services, with limited use of public funds. One of the most common forms of attracting private capital for cooperation with railway companies is the use of outsourcing. In this paper, a dedicated team was used as a type of outsourcing for the development of Internet applications . The use of a dedicated team made it possible to attract highly qualified specialists, giving them freedom of action, but retaining managerial functions. Work on the project took place on the territory of the contractor and this allowed the customer to save on the use of equipment. In addition, as the project progressed, the customer was able to make adjustments to it. If necessary, the customer at its discretion increased or decreased the number of participants in the project. This made it possible to implement the project at the optimal cost of paying the contractor.
