Objective of this work is to study the risks of digitalization development in modern domestic agriculture management using the example of discrepancies in departmental reporting on the state of the main means of agricultural production, i.e. land. The following information was considered for this purpose:
technical capabilities (Internet availability);
agricultural sector digitalization promising areas and stages;
current inconsistency in departmental data on land;
large number of departmental information resources about land, as one of the reasons for this inconsistency.
It was established that agriculture and, especially, its management, is a promising area for introduction of digital technologies. Moreover, its various sectors are ready for this in varying levels, and it is necessary to start with structures governing the industry. One of the significant risks in the transition to digital technologies is inconsistency of data obtained from the existing departmental land information systems. Most researchers considering the risks of digitalization do not pay enough attention to this aspect. To eliminate this risk, it could be possible to use the experience of the mid-1990s, when a special federal target program was adopted to maintain uniformity of the land cadastral registration data. Novelty of this work is determined by the accented land information approach to the upcoming digitalization of the domestic agricultural complex.
