Transport as an independent and strategically important branch of the national economy is not only an object of management or obtaining commercial results, but also serves to meet the needs of the country’s economy in all types of movement - cargo and passengers. Thus, the purpose of transport as an industry is to ensure movement, dynamics of commodity masses and labor resources. Transport is an industry that produces services, but, defining the importance of modern transport, experts refer it to the branches of material production as an industry on the functioning of which production, its rhythm, and volumes in all other industries completely depend.
