The Launch Site Integration Team at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is committed to support the payload customer in every aspect of launch site processing to ensure that schedule milestones and technical objectives are met. This paper will present an overview of the processes KSC has developed and implemented to satisfy customer requirements. The Payload Data Library (PDL) will be introduced, and the KSC Data Sets (within PDL) will be discussed. The use of this data as input into existing KSC processes will be explained. The timeline for requirement definition will be identified, and the elements of the requirements life cycle will be discussed.
