High threshold of watertight door makes it difficult for materials transporting in the cabin by ordinary equipment. So, an un-powered mechanical structure is presented by the thesis, which can cross watertight threshold easily. On the basis of this structure,an obstacle crossing vehicle is designed for materials transporting in cabins.
