A solution with respect to the jumping fault of the unmanned helicopter engine speed collected signals is proposed. The fault mechanism is analyzed and verified. On hardware, the voltage fluctuation under power load is stabilized by adding diode and filter capacitor. The signal amplification circuit is adjusted to solve the problem of low original output voltage. The filter circuit is optimized based on the frequency of collected speed signals and disturbance signals, which improves the anti-interference performance to the high-frequency clutter signals. On software, the jump-eliminating algorithm is optimized in engine speed signal collected module. Current and historical speed signals are weighted and averaged by means of first-order filter algorithm in engine speed signal integrated module. A self-check filtering algorithm is designed in engine speed signal applied module, in order to keeps quantitative data and eliminates jumping data. By means of hardware and software filtering, the jumping fault of speed collected signals is solved. Research results have been verified in engineering practice.
