The following chapter shows the results of the knock resistance investigations in graphical representation. In the evaluation of the experimental results, emphasis was put on the knock rate along the knock limit and the characteristic trace of heat release for different methane-based fuels and liquid fuels. Subsequently, relevant characteristic values for the assessment of the atypical phenomena of knocking combustion were determined and analyzed.
