The paper discusses the problem of the export transportation logistics` development based on the principles of green logistics using the example of the coal transportation. Multimodal rail and sea transportation is considered as the technological basis for the implementation of the green logistics for multi-agent systems for organizing transportation in international traffic. It is carried out the analysis of environmental problems arising in the settlement territories where the port infrastructure is located. It have been analyzed the indicators of cargo turnover of the Azov-Black Sea basin ports, on the basis of which a mechanism has been developed for assessing the effectiveness of transport and logistics projects. A model for assessing the efficiency of the coal transshipment process in the port with minimization of the environmental impact on the environment has been proposed and tested.
