The large condenser is one of the key equipment in thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, chemical plants, etc. It is the cold source of the thermodynamic cycle of the large steam turbine set. It can decrease the exhaust stress and temperature of the steamer machine and improve the efficiency of the thermal cycle of the turbo-generator unit. As the larger steam condenser runs, the cooling water is sent to pass through the thermal tubes in the condenser, which may lead to the production of fouling due to the impurity of the cooling water and chemical reaction. The fouling is not favorable for heat exchange and will bring about a series of problems. It will decrease the heat exchange capacity, increase energy consumption, and lead to the blockages of condensing tubes.
