According to the robust control problem of the quadrotor UAV, a new control strategy which called adaptive unidirectional sliding mode control method (AUSMC) is developed based on sliding mode control theory and adaptive control theory. Meanwhile, an adaptive approach law is designed based on the sliding mode control with, to further enhance the robustness and stability of the control system. Simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of proposed control method.
