A dynamics model of commercial vehicle was established based on its quality parameters, performance parameters and its topological relationship. The ride comfort and handling stability of this vehicle are simulated and analyzed. Then built a parallel computing and optimization platform, analyze the sensitivity of the factors that affect ride comfort and handling stability; select high sensitivity factors as optimization variables. The parameters of elastic elements and damping elements are adjusted based on sensitivity analysis result and subjective evaluation. At last, the commercial vehicle’s ride comfort and handling stability are collaborative optimized.
