Subway bogie is a key infrastructure. The frame is an important bearing part of the subway bogie, and its mechanical properties have a wide impact on supporting the car body and ensuring the stable operation of subway vehicles. In order to further improve the fatigue reliability of the bogie frame to provide data support, the article is based on the bogie of a certain subway vehicle, analysis of its frame in the design and manufacture of the strength of the reliability of the bogie frame according to the EN13749 and UIC615-4 standard bogie frame static strength and fatigue strength test. First of all, through the examination of the static strength of the frame in the corresponding load, and then analyze the fatigue strength under a certain number of fatigue cycles. According to the analysis of the test results, the static strength of the frame meets the test requirements, and the fatigue strength is assessed based on the results of the static strength test conducted by simulating the operating conditions, and the stress amplitude at each measurement point is within the envelope of the fatigue limit Goodman diagram of the material, which meets the fatigue strength requirements. After 10 million cycles of loading, no cracks were found in the non-destructive flaw inspection, and the fatigue test of the frame was qualified.
