In the development process of intelligent vehicles, there will be a mixed driving environment where intelligent driving vehicles and human driven vehicles coexist for a long time. When intelligent vehicles have the intention to change lanes, it is necessary to make a decision whether change lanes based on the human's driving behavior. Game theory can describe the lane changing decision-making process between vehicles. Therefore, this paper combines game theory to study the lane changing decision-making behavior of vehicles. Firstly, this paper analyzes the game types of vehicle lane changing through the basic theories of game theory. Secondly, fully considering the effects of speed, safety and comfort, this parper calculates the game benefit function, determines the vehicle's intention to change lanes, and establishes a vehicle game lane changing decision model. Finally,The model is computationally solved and the final game results are determined by strategy selection according to the level of the corresponding risk level and validated using data from the dataset.
