And so it is when it comes to US high-altitude TSR, short for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. In hopes of ending the questions over the futures of the conventionally piloted U-2s and unmanned RQ-4 Global Hawks, Lockheed Mania earlier this year released a rendering of a proposed unmanned spy plane called the TR-X, which it has been working on at its Skunk Works unit in California since 2015.
