Electronically variable linear resistive load circuit synthesized by use of analog components to control conductance of power metal oxide/semiconductor field-effect transistors, MOSFET's. Circuit has modular configuration, in which single controller drives parallel load units. A 3-kW load module that exhibits submicrosecond response time with respect to control signal demonstrated.
