This report presents a detailed accounting of a study to measure maintenance productivity and to explore how commanders can enhance this productivity at the Strategic Air Command 19th Bomber Wing at Robins A.F.B., Georgia. Utility models for the Deputy Commander for Maintenance and the Squadron Commanders of the Field Maintenance Squadron, Organizational Maintenance Squadron, Avionics Maintenance Squadron have been completed. Thosefactors which contribute most to maintenance effectiveness have been identified and the relative importance of each established. (Author)
