The Payload Fairing Air Conditioning System (PLF A/C) comprises the generating units and distribution network terminating at the interface connections with the Payload Fairing Conditioned Air Umbilical and Disconnect System. This report presents the performance/design requirements. The equipment configuration of the PLF A/C System shall include, but not be limited to, the following items: (a) Water Chillers/Condensers, (b) Cooling Towers, (c) Air Conditioning Units, (d) Chilled and Condenser Water Pumps, (e) Water Piping System, (f) Air Distribution System, (g) Control System.
