An investigation of EVA/telerobotic cooperation dynamics through development of a data base that incorporates neutral buoyancy testing, verification, and demonstration is presented. A division between human and telerobotic Extravehicular Activity (EVA) tasks is defined. A propellant tank farm neutral buoyancy experiment is discussed as a combination of telerobot preferred, human preferred, and interchangeable elements. The capabilities of humans and telerobots to interact during such EVA operations are applied to the EVA requirements for the operation to determine the best mix of man and machine. The resulting cooperative scenarios are verified by neutral buoyancy simulation.
