Interstate rest areas will be established for traffic using both the north-bound lane and the south-bound lane. Facilities that will be developed on the site will include passenger and commercial carrier parking, sanitary facilities, water, and picnic facilities. No adverse environmental effect is known which will be created by the construction of this project.
