Natural disasters such as earthquakes may lead to a decrease in railway carrying capacity or even line interruption. Under the conditions of railway network formation, it is possible to find circuitous routes for trains. A continuous time dynamic graph is established, taking into account the distance and allowable speed of the railway line, the train stop preference, and the carrying ability. A modified intelligent water drops algorithm is proposed to search the optimal circuitous route in real time. A series of experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve train routing adjustment problem under emergency conditions.
