This paper researches on the optimal electric vehicle charging and navigation strategy, including four aspects, electric vehicle, power network, traffic and charging station. It puts forward a vehicle-grid-road-station four-dimensional navigation system. Based on the system, the paper established multi-objective optimization model, which meets the lowest traffic congestion, the lowest voltage deviation and network loss and the shortest wait time requirements. Use MALTAB to simulate the daily charging behavior of 5000 vehicles. The result shows that the optimal electric vehicle charging and navigation strategy achieves multilateral win-win with the vehicle users, electric power company, traffic bureau and charging station.
