An amorphous dielectric film with reflecting cross edges can be considered as the Fabry-Perot resonator with flat mirrors. The presence or absence of the polariton field maxima or zeros on output mirror we regard as the signals in the optical logic gate based on dielectric film. The photon crystal is formed in the dielectric film if the pump electromagnetic wave generates the superlattice and the signal electromagnetic wave is scattering at the lattice. The shape of the superlattice can change in dependence on the value of electrostatic field, and it leads to the boundaries changing of allowed and forbidden zones of the wave signal spectrum in the photon crystals.
