As critical air traffic control (ATC) to prevent runway incursion, video replaces the cooperative sensor, visual tracking is emerging. In this paper, we focus on visual tracking in airport panorama video. A novel Horn-Schunck density forming (HSDF) is developed that multi-objects automatically. Specifically, based on Horn-Schunck theory, to estimate the dense optical flow field of the video, and marking multi-objects automatically by density forming. On the other hand, we extend Fast Compressive Tracking (FCT) into the multi-objects framework, namely multi-objects FCT (MFCT). The benefit of MFCT is particularly attractive in airport panorama surveillance. It is verified by simulations with trials video are collected at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport of China, which ensures the reliability of research. The work presented here is practical and straightforward; it brings an evident engineering application prospect.
