Aiming at the research of vehicle platooning test cases under the 5G cross-border vehicle road cooperation scenario, this article puts forward a specific test case and a specific cross-border problem "information dissemination problem limited by geographical location". The deployment of solutions to cross-border problems (including infrastructure and cloud service deployment) is given in the article, and the technologies involved in the solution (including Uu geographic broadcasting technology and PC5 geographic broadcasting technology) are introduced in detail. Finally, it is concluded that this technology can reduce the bandwidth and data rate of message transmission, make the 5G network work under more effective conditions, and save a lot of resources.
