• It is shown that by including cost information in the downlinked trajectory it is possible to affect operations based on operator priorities • Knowledge of cost information by ground DSTs can be use for ranking alternative solutions, eliminating expensive air-ground negotiation • Use of normalized cost coefficients mitigates potential issues with availability of airline proprietary information • Cost coefficients can be easily accommodated in planned standards (SC-214 ADS-C EPP) • Concept has modest bandwidth demands • Defaults can be applied to non-equipped aircraft
