• The algorithm generates safe resolution manoeuvres. • The developed algorithm requires low computational power, because it optimise only the heading angle autopilot step command. Therefore it is ideal for realtime S&A. • The algorithm is suitable for RPV as support tool for the pilot. Since the resolution manoeuvre could easily be executed by a human operator (simple turn).
