At present, most of the small forging factories rely on manual operation, the level of automation is low, and it is difficult to complete the automation transformation. This paper proposes a pipeline controller based on Xilinx ZYNQ all-programmable SOC. The controller adopts a serial industrial fieldbus suitable for the strong interference environment of the forging plant. This kind of bus can realize the joint transmission of control signal and safety signal at the same time, and compared with the control method of RS232 and general PC, the device can be controlled in coordination, which greatly speeds up the takt time. It can improve the production efficiency of the factory while ensuring the stability and safety of the system.
