The ship crane operations at sea, due to the impact of different marine environmental loads, crane will produce a certain swing, with the motion of a ship in a Seaway, according to the relevant theory of robot kinematics model established ship lifting system of crane, dynamic analysis on the influencing factors of load swing. In Matlab/Simulink, the simulation is carried out in the analysis of the characteristics of the pendulum swing with different rope lengths, different excitation frequencies and different falling speeds. The results show that the hoisting Angle increases with the increase of the rope and decreases the trend. The pendulum amplitude increases with the frequency of excitation approaching the natural frequency of the system. The lifting speed has a restraining effect on the swing of the hoisting, and the speed of decline has an enhanced effect on the swing of the hoisting.
