The embodiment of the invention provides a swinging supporting leg spacing component and a crane, and relates to the field of cranes. The swinging supporting leg spacing component comprises an installation seat, a supporting leg component and a spacing element, wherein the installation seat is used for being installed on the crane; the supporting leg component and the installation seat are rotatably connected, and the supporting leg component is used for carrying out transmission connection with the power component of the crane; the spacing component is connected with the installation seat andis used for spacing the supporting leg component to be positioned on a first stop position under a situation that the supporting component rotates around a first rotation direction relative to the installation seat; in addition, the spacing component is also used for spacing the supporting leg component to be positioned on a second stop position under a situation that the supporting component rotates around a second rotation direction relative to the installation seat, wherein the first rotation direction and the second rotation direction are opposite; and the supporting leg component rotatesin a range between the first stop position and the second stop position. The embodiment of the invention has a simple structure and is reliable in performance, high in operability and good in universality.
