This study is devoted to investigation the influence of technological parameters of impulse shot peening, impact energy E, ball diameter d and distance between dimples x on the geometric structure of the surface of objects made of titanium alloy Ti6AI4V. It was found that impulse shot peening changed the topography of the surface after milling. For most impulse shot peening conditions, there was an increase in the surface roughness parameters Sa, Sz, Sp and Sv, the exception being the use of a ball with d = 12.45 mm for impulse shot peening. For all analyzed conditions, the surface material ratio Smr was higher after impulse shot peening than after milling (it increased by approx. 3 times to approx. 600 times), which most likely means increased abrasive wear resistance. The waviness parameter Wz was lower after impulse shot peening than after milling (Wz decreased from 10% to 90%)
