In fruit handling, the demanding tasks of high-precision gripping and heavy workloads pose challenges to manual labor. Therefore, developing a flexible banana auto-picking robot controlled by STM32 is crucial. This robot enhances fruit handling efficiency and reduces labor intensity. The study designs a STM32-based robot with functions like positioning, object recognition, gripping, cutting, placing, and transportation. Detailed diagrams and flowcharts describe the hardware connections and control system workflow. Through practical testing, the STM32-controlled robot achieves excellent results, improving efficiency, reducing manual labor, and ensuring precise gripping. This research provides valuable technological support to fruit plantations and wholesale markets, improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity in fruit handling operations. Thus, it holds significant value in the field.
