The present invention provides a floating offshore wind power generation device comprising: a main floating body which is arranged to float offshore, and which has buoyancy; an offshore mooring wire, one longitudinal end of which is connected to the main floating body, and the other longitudinal end of which is fixed underwater; a wind power generator installed on the upper portion of the main floating body so as to produce electric power using wind power occurring offshore; a support floating body which is arranged to float and to remain immersed underwater right below the main support body, and which has buoyancy; an underwater mooring wire, one longitudinal end of which is connected to the support floating body, and the other longitudinal end of which is fixed underwater; and a balance support means installed on the upper portion of the support floating body so as to support the main floating body and to absorb movements of the main floating body resulting from waves or winds offshore such that the main floating body maintains a balanced state on the support floating body. When winds or waves cause vibrations of the main floating body that remains supported by the support floating body arranged underwater, the balance support means absorbs the movements of the main floating body, and the main floating body then instantly maintains the balanced state again on the support floating body, thereby stably maintaining the efficiency of power generation by the wind power generator using offshore wind power.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif flottant de production d'énergie éolienne offshore comprenant: un corps flottant principal qui est conçu pour flotter en mer, et qui a une flottabilité; un câble d'amarrage en mer dont une extrémité longitudinale est reliée au corps flottant principal, et dont l'autre extrémité longitudinale est fixée sous l'eau; un générateur éolien installé sur la partie supérieure du corps flottant principal de façon à produire de l'énergie électrique à l'aide de l'énergie éolienne survenant en mer; un corps flottant de support qui est conçu pour flotter et rester immergé sous l'eau à droite juste au-dessous du corps de support principal, et qui a une flottabilité; un câble d'amarrage sous-marin, dont une extrémité longitudinale est reliée au corps flottant de support, et dont l'autre extrémité longitudinale est fixée sous l'eau; et un moyen de support d'équilibre installé sur la partie supérieure du corps flottant de support de façon à supporter le corps flottant principal et à absorber les mouvements du corps flottant principal résultant de vagues ou de vents en mer de telle sorte que le corps flottant principal maintient un état équilibré sur le corps flottant de support. Lorsque des vents ou des vagues provoquent des vibrations du corps flottant principal qui reste supporté par le corps flottant de support agencé sous l'eau, le moyen de support d'équilibre absorbe les mouvements du corps flottant principal, et le corps flottant principal maintient ensuite instantanément l'état équilibré à nouveau sur le corps flottant de support, ce qui permet de maintenir de manière stable l'efficacité de la production d'énergie par le générateur éolien à l'aide de l'énergie éolienne offshore.

    본 발명은, 해상에 부유하도록 배치하며, 부력을 가지는 메인부유체, 길이방향 일단이 메인부유체에 연결되고, 길이방향 타단은 수중에 고정되는 해상계류와이어, 메인부유체의 상부에 설치하며, 해상에 발생되는 풍력을 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 풍력발전기, 메인부유체의 연직 하방의 수중에 잠김상태로 부유하도록 배치하며, 부력을 가지는 지지부유체, 길이방향 일단이 지지부유체에 연결되고, 길이방향 타단은 수중에 고정되는 수중계류와이어, 메인부유체를 지지하도록 지지부유체의 상부에 설치하며, 해상에서 파도나 바람에 의한 메인부유체의 움직임을 흡수하여 메인부유체가 지지부유체 상에 평형상태로 유지되게 하는 평형지지수단을 포함하는 부유식 해상풍력발전장치를 제공함으로써, 메인부유체가 수중에 배치된 지지부유체를 통해 지지된 상태에서 바람이나 파도에 의해 흔들림이 발생할 경우, 평형지지수단이 메인부유체의 움직임을 흡수한 후, 다시 메인부유체를 지지부유체 상에서 바로 평형상태를 유지하게 되는 바, 해상에서 풍력발전기의 풍력을 이용한 발전효율이 안정적으로 유지되게 한다.
