In strong wind weather, in order to ensure the safety of the wind power generation platform, a centrifugal part relieves the movement limitation of a hook lock assembly on a sliding block in a mode of rapidly rotating a mounting cylinder, a tension spring pulls the sliding block to move downwards, the sliding block drives an annular guide rail frame to move downwards, and the annular guide rail frame drives a supporting rib framework at the uppermost end of canvas to move downwards; and then the canvas is folded and stored, so that the rotating speed of the rotating table due to wind power is reduced, and the wind power generation platform is protected.
