Adjacent to the shroud disk irregularities, the hub flange edge is provided with similar protrusions, each of which is placed in the shroud disk adjacent recess, and recesses between them, in each of which the shroud disk protrusion is placed. Between the irregularities elastic elements in the form of a rubber or rubber-cord gasket or an elastic steel or synthetic washer with elastic cantilevered cutouts are arranged. In the reinforced version, one or more shroud disks and one or more hub flanges with similar irregularities and elastic elements between them are added.
