A device (10) for forming in-wheel motor airtightness of an in-wheel motor (1) of the present invention comprises a coating guide (20) formed in an integrated structure at an integrated bend (30) or a separate bend (40) surrounding the outer diameter of a fixing shaft (2). The coating guide (20) is connected to a connecting passage (28) and a main filling space (29) forming an inner space of a guide boss (23) inserted into a guide boss hole (53) of the fixing shaft (2). A sealing material (60) is filled in an expansion filling space (27) forming an outer space of the guide boss (23) to maintain external airtightness for an end portion of a cable jacket of a cable (9) such that a process of coating the sealing material required for securing airtightness performance can be performed only once. Particularly, the coating guide (20) is configured to be a fitting typed airtightness forming device (10-1) using the integrated bend (30) or a coupling typed airtightness forming device (10-2) using the separate bend (40) to be easily applied to a shape of the in-wheel motor (1) which is difficult to apply fitting type or requires a strong fixing force. The present invention provides a device for forming in-wheel motor airtightness to which a guide shape blocking two leakage passages is applied by manufacturing a guide using an undercut-free injection mold.

    본 발명의 인휠 모터(1)의 인휠 모터 기밀 형성 장치(10)는 고정 축(2)의 외경을 감싸는 일체형 밴드(30) 또는 분리형 밴드(40)에 도포 가이드(20)가 일체 구조로 형성되고, 상기 도포 가이드(20)가 고정 축(2)의 가이드 보스 홀(53)로 끼워지는 가이드 보스(23)의 안쪽 공간을 형성하는 메인 충진 공간(29) 및 연결 통로(28)로 이어져 상기 가이드 보스(23)의 바깥쪽 공간을 형성하는 확장 충진 공간(27)에 실링재(60)를 채워 케이블(9)의 케이블 자켓 끝단부에 대한 외부 기밀을 유지해 줌으로써 기밀 성능 확보에 필요한 실링재 도포 공정이 한번으로 가능하고, 특히 상기 도포 가이드(20)가 일체형 밴드(30)를 이용한 끼움형 기밀 형성 장치(10-1) 또는 분리형 밴드(40)를 이용한 체결형 기밀 형성 장치(10-2)로 구성됨으로써 끼워 맞춤 적용이 어렵거나 강한 고정력 적용이 필요한 인휠 모터(1)의 형상에서도 용이하게 적용되는 특징을 갖는다.
