The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charger control apparatus, which may discern the type of a vehicle at a quick charger to generate a movement guidance broadcasting and alarm in case the vehicle is not an electric vehicle. Furthermore, when the electric vehicle does not exit within a predetermined period of time in a state in which the charging thereof is complete, the situation thereof is recognized as interference in charging, such that report information for regulation may be automatically transmitted to the government offices for follow-up actions. Therefore, charging of the electric vehicle may be smoothly performed. To this end, the present invention relates to the electric vehicle charger control apparatus, which enables the smooth charging of the electric vehicle, and comprises: a charger which discerns the type of a vehicle by recognizing the vehicle number of the vehicle parked at the charging location to generate a movement guidance broadcasting and alarm in case the vehicle is not an electric vehicle, and, when the electric vehicle does not exit within a predetermined period of time in a state in which the charging thereof is complete, recognizes the situation thereof as interference in charging, such that report information for regulation may be automatically transmitted to the government offices; and an electric vehicle management server which, when the vehicle number is transmitted and the classification of the type of the car is requested, searches the vehicle number of the registered electric vehicle based on the received vehicle number to generate information of the type of the car, before the generated information of the type of the car may be provided to the charger.

    급속 충전기에서 자체적으로 차량의 종류를 구분하여 전기차가 아닐 경우 이동 안내 방송 및 경보를 발생하고, 전기차의 충전이 완료된 상태에서 정해진 시간 이내에 출차되지 않으면 충전 방해로 인식하여 단속을 위한 신고 정보를 자동으로 관공서에 전송하여 사후 조치가 이루어지도록 하여 전기차의 충전이 원활히 이루어지도록 한 전기차 충전기 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 충전 위치에 주차된 차량의 차량번호 인식을 통해 차량의 종류를 구분하여 전기차가 아닐 경우 이동 안내 방송 및 경보를 발생하고, 전기차의 충전이 완료된 상태에서 정해진 시간 이내에 출차되지 않으면 충전 방해로 인식하여 단속을 위한 신고 정보를 자동으로 관공서에 전송하는 충전기, 차량번호가 전송되고 차량의 종류 구분이 요청되면, 수신한 차량번호를 기초로 등록된 전기차 차량번호를 검색하여 차량의 종류 정보를 생성하고, 생성한 차량의 종류정보를 상기 충전기에 제공하는 전기차 관리 서버를 포함하여, 전기차의 충전이 원활히 이루어지도록 한 전기차 충전기 제어장치를 구현한다.
