A power control device 30 configured to control power supply from a battery 10 to a load 20 in a vehicle includes one or more processors configured to acquire information of the vehicle, acquire a charge amount of the battery 10, specify a use state of the vehicle corresponding to the acquired information of the vehicle, and limit the power supply from the battery 10 to the load 20 based on the specified use state of the vehicle when the acquired charge amount of the battery 10 is less than a first threshold.
