A power supply control device is configured so as to control the supply of power from a battery to a load in a vehicle, and includes one or more processors configured so as to acquire information about the vehicle; obtaining the charging amount of the storage battery; specifying a use state of the vehicle corresponding to the acquired information of the vehicle; furthermore, when the acquired charge amount of the storage battery is less than a first threshold value, the power supply from the storage battery to the load is limited on the basis of the specified use state of the vehicle.
