Disclosed are a method and apparatus for controlling a road surface-adaptive autonomous vehicle, which may secure the autonomous vehicle's stability on a low-frictional road surface. The apparatus for controlling a road surface-adaptive autonomous vehicle according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an input unit which receives data from a driving information detection unit mounted on the vehicle; a determination unit which determines whether a road condition is a low-frictional road surface by using the data; and a control unit which controls to adapt the vehicle to the low-frictional road surface when it is determined that the road condition is the low-frictional road surface. The driving information detection unit includes a camera for capturing outside temperatures, navigation weather information, and front images and a thermal camera for measuring road temperatures.

    노면 적응형 자율주행 차량의 제어장치와 그의 제어방법을 개시한다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 의하면, 노면 적응형 자율주행 차량의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 차량에 장착되는 주행정보 검출부로부터 데이터를 수신하는 입력부, 단, 상기 주행정보 검출부는 외부기온, 내비게이션의 날씨정보, 전방영상을 캡쳐(capture)하기 위한 카메라 및 노면온도를 측정하기 위한 열화상 카메라를 포함함; 상기 데이터를 이용하여 노면상태가 저마찰 노면인지 판단하는 판단부; 및 상기 노면상태가 상기 저마찰 노면으로 판단될 때, 상기 저마찰 노면에 상기 차량을 적응시키는 제어를 수행하는 제어부를 포함하는 노면 적응형 자율주행 차량의 제어장치를 제공한다.
